Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Suzuki Australia & Advent Print Media are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Suzuki Australia & Advent Print Media are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia and New Zealand.

Returns Policy

A refund or exchange will be considered based on these examples:

Be not of merchantable quality, be not fit for the purpose or job that they are meant to provide and fulfil purposes made known to the consumer, match any description or sample given to the consumer whether in promotional material, over the phone, in person, on a website or on labelling or packaging and be free from defects and faults.

The cost of return is the responsibility of the consumer except in the case of a faulty item where by our staff will provide return of goods instructions.

Suzuki Australia Pty Ltd does not offer refunds due to change of mind.
